All rates shown on this page are for a purchasing a primary single family residence (SFR) for $764,421 and putting 5% down payment with a 30 year fixed rate up to the 2023 conforming loan limit of $726,200 with a 780 Fico Score. The mortgage insurance factor is .19 for 760 and higher credit scores. (FICO scores of 620 have a 1.17 MI Factor). A credit score of 780 reduces LLPA's (low level price adjustments). Closing costs reduced by having a higher interest rates that covers closing costs with lender credits (rolling costs into the mortgage rate). UWM's underwriting charge is $1,055 which can also be rolled into the loan's interest rate. A seller can also choose to help cover closing costs by offering a seller's concession to help the buyer purchase their home.
