We will only pull credit once we have spoken with you about your goals. 

For all Loans:

A photo of front of your driver's license
A photo of your social security card
W-2 statements from last year's jobs
1 Pay Stub in the last (30) thirty days (If hourly employee choose the paystub with the highest number of weekly hours)
Most recent monthly bank statement
For a refinance:

Your most recent mortgage bill
For a Purchase:

You purchase contract
Your realtor contact information
Your title company contact information
Your new HOA contact information.
If you are self employed

Two (2) years signed personal tax returns - including all schedules
If self-employed through a corporation, last two years corporate returns as well as a year-to-date profit and loss statement and balance sheet
